11.6 Your purchases of Works Of Art from our website can be conducted directly from the seller or through our online resellers, such as Gumroad.com or similar third party providers or directly by us.

13.2 All and any claims or disputes regarding the provision Works Of Art by https://www.garageandgentry.com to you as part of these General Terms of Use and the License Agreement, shall be resolved amicably. Any such claims or disputes shall be communicated by you in writing via email to https://www.garageandgentry.com. We shall issue a written response in respect to any such claims or disputes, within 30 (thirty) calendar days starting from the date of confirmation of the receipt.
13.3 In the event that all or any disputes can not be resolved amicably, any legal action of whatever nature shall be brought to the attention of the jurisdiction of the Court of Cluj County, Romania without giving effect to any law that would result in the application of the law of another jurisdiction. The parties consent to the personal jurisdiction in said court and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction.
